Highland Terrace

I'm a 51 year old entrepreneur. Last year, I bought stock in Green City's apartment complexes on Cheap Street. To keep an eye on the development of my new properties, I bought a penthouse suite on Highland Terrace. Of the nine penthouse suites that I own, this one is the finest.
A stairwell leads to large mahogany double doors with gold-plated handles. These doors open to a hallway which leads to a personal movie theater, three large bedrooms, a living room/dining room with a wraparound bar, spare bedrooms for guests and the chef, and several outdoor terraces, one which holds a jacuzzi. The suite is fully furnished with six plasma televisions, king size beds in every room, leather couches, mahogany chairs and barstools, movie theater seats, granite counter tops, and indoor foliage. For just $18 million, what more can a man of wealth ask for?

Midrange Road

The family (wife and two kids) and I moved to a comfortable condo on Midrange Road, Green City. We've been here six months, and it's been pretty great. This is our home.
I'm 35, and I've been a plumber for thirteen years. At the age of 27, I bought my boss' small, independent company and expanded it to include 15 employees. When the stress of running my own business got to be too much for my health, it was time for a change. My wife agreed, so we moved to Green City. With the money I made from selling the company, we bought this wonderful three bedroom, two bathroom condo on Midrange Road on the east side. My wife got a job as a teacher at Green City Elementary, and I work part-time fixing leaky faucets in our neighborhood.

Our daughters, Jill and Jane, each have their own room, which they love. They share a bathroom, as do the wife and I, but the best part about our new residence is the kitchen. A sky window heats a solar panel that works the oven, stove, and microwave. It's amazing how much money can be saved, especially in the winter, when you don't have to pay for gas. Public transport is wonderful, a bus without a driver that runs on magnetism stops down the street every twenty minutes and runs twenty four hours a day. Electricity is free thanks to the nifty solar panel out back.

Overall, moving to Green City is probably the best thing I've done for myself, my family, and the environment.

Cheap Street Apartments

I'm a single, 24 year old computer technician who has recently moved to a one bedroom apartment on Cheap Street, Green City. For the last six months, this wonderful city has been my home. Let's start with a floor plan.
Prior to moving to Green City, I was a college graduate living at my parents house searching for a job. With the economy as bad as it is, I thought I was completely out of luck, but then a friend told me about the opportunities available in Green City. I switched my focus and found an entry level position in three weeks. A month later, I was on my own. Finally!

As you can see from the floor plan, I have everything I need in my apartment. A small living room for guests, ample closet space, and my own bed and bath. Each floor of the building has five apartments similar to mine that share a communal kitchen. At first, this seemed off-putting, but it was a great way to meet new people the moment I moved here. I've been dating the girl down the hall for two months. We met the day I moved in when I knocked on her door asking for a cup of sugar.

The neighborhood is decent. Our building is one of several apartment complexes, very large buildings that aren't the prettiest things to look at. There's a nice park down the street that's great for jogging. Young singles and low income families are the largest demographic in the complex, but at such an affordable price, who can complain? It's new, it's green, and I love it!
